While many media report the new Nvidia A100 card as "Tesla A100", Nvidia ended up calling it simply "A100", without the "Tesla" in its name. According to rumors, this is because the greens wanted to eliminate confusion with Elon Musk's auto company, and that's why from now on they will no longer use the name Tesla on their cards.
In this way, the graphics that should belong to the Tesla line will now simply have their model name without any line preceding it, such as A100 in the case of Ampere, or H100 in the event that the rumor is true that the next Nvidia's architecture will be called Hopper.
Regarding the GeForce and Quadro lines, both should belong intact, at most stopping using the name GeForce GTX in favor of GeForce RTX if it is true that all Ampere graphics will come with Ray-Tracing support, but nothing more.
For now this is simply a rumor, and Nvidia has not officially spoken. We will keep you informed if any official statement is made.
