NVIDIA RIVA 2.0, the new NVIDIA artificial intelligence technology for voice and text

NVIDIA is presenting several novelties in its Conference GTC 2022. Among them is NVIDIA RIVA 2.0a technology of intelligence artificial focused on speech and text.

Riva is part of the NVIDIA AI Platform, which is “the global AI community’s software toolbox, from researchers at HE and data scientists to machine learning and data operations teams,” as described by Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of NVIDIA.

With Riva 2.0, developers can create personalized voice AI applications in real time, with technology that is 2x more accurate than others available on the market, according to NVIDIA. Riva also offers speech recognition in seven languages ​​and speech-to-text conversion based on machine learning. NVIDIA also has a paid plan for the app, Riva Enterprise, which includes enterprise support for the technology.

NVIDIA notes that its developer-oriented tool has the following characteristics: high accuracy, customization, scale, real-time performance, and enterprise support. Riva 2.0 offers users tools to adjust models and flexible pipes to their specific industry.

Additionally, the company claims the technology supports thousands of concurrent cloud and on-premises users, as well as enterprise support. Companies like T-Mobile, RingCentral, Data Monsters and Floatbot already use the tool adapted to their contexts.
