Jen Andersson (NVIDIA spokesperson) confirmed that the company has nothing to share about the RTX 3090 Ti at this time. This would be the first official statement about this new model in more than 6 weeks. Recall that NVIDIA’s Jeff Fischer said that we would have more news in January at CES 2022.

The original release date of the RTX 3090 Ti was set for January 27, but the company quietly asked all partners to stop production due to issues related to hardware and BIOS. We learned that the card has issues with 21Gbps GDDR6X memory in very specific test scenarios. Those are all unofficial reasons for the delay, but officially neither NVIDIA nor the partners have comment.
The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti is the first gaming card to It features a full GA102 chipset and 24GB of GDDR6X memory. This model will also be the first to feature a PCIe Gen5 12+4 power connector that will power up to 600W of power.
