Panasonic resumed work of an online store in Russia on a new site

MOSCOW, 7 Sep — PRIME. Japanese electronics manufacturer Panasonic has relaunched its official online store in Russia, the new site is called Eplaza, the Russian division of the company said.

In March, Panasonic announced that it was ending its trading operations with Russia due to logistical difficulties.

“The official Panasonic online store is back with you! We have moved to a new place called Eplaza.ru. The entire assortment of the Panasonic brand is available to you again,” the message says.

It is noted that all services and services have been preserved for customers, including a loyalty program, fast delivery throughout Russia, an official manufacturer’s warranty, and a call center.

In addition, the ability to buy accessories and spare parts for previously purchased Panasonic products has been added, the company emphasizes.
