Point of View is no stranger to odd combinations and releases a Geforce GTX 550 Ti with a full 4 GB of DDR3 memory, four times more than the reference model, despite the fact that the huge amount of memory hardly gives any major effect for the vast majority of users.
The graphics card is based on the GF106 circuit with 192 CUDA cores and a 128-bit memory bus. The clock frequencies are set to 900 MHz GPU, 1,800 MHz shader and 1,066 MHz DDR3. The specifications also show outputs for HDMI, DVI and VGA as well as active cooling (fan), extra power supply via a PCI-E 6-pin and connection to PCI Express 2.0.
Price and sales start are still unknown.
