Radeon RX 6000 availability will increase?  Micron's GDDR6 can make that happen

The world has just spread the information that Micron has started working with AMD and will provide new graphics cards with GDDR6 memory chips. At first glance, this does not mean much, but in practice it could make the availability of AMD’s Radeon RX 6000s increase.

Thanks to Micron, the availability of Radeons may increase

Micron’s press release doesn’t reveal much, though the content is traditionally bloated. The most important thing is that the company, in cooperation with AMD, designed and started the production of GDDR6 memory chips with a capacity of 16 Gb (2 GB) and a speed of 16 Gb / s using the 1z process.

It is certain that graphics cards with Micron memories will start hitting the market later this year and will first go to the Radeon RX 6600 and RX 6700 models. Micron, the new Radeons will be sold with both its and Samsung’s (photo at the top of the post), as has been the case so far.
