Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT: these are the updates to AMD’s RDNA 2 range? The rumors about a refresh of the Radeon RX 6000 desktop GPU range they are very insistent. The fact that it is scheduled is, therefore, to be considered practically certain, with an exit window during the second quarter. What is less clear is which cards will receive the enhancements that will make them Radeon RX 6×50 XT.
The latest rumors on the subject converge that there will not be a Radeon RX 6850 XT and a 6850, with AMD currently busy forging three models in particular: Radeon RX 6950 XT (Navi 21), 6750 XT (Navi 22) e 6650 XT (Navi 23). A common feature of these solutions is the use of one Fully active GPUwhich for the occasion AMD should combine memoria GDDR6 a 18 Gbps (instead of 16 Gbps). Furthermore, higher frequencies for the graphics chip cannot be excluded, as suggested by previous rumors.
I can now confirm that #AMD does NOT plan to release an “RX 6850 XT”. Also:
1) 6950 XT is on track!
2) 6750 XT & 6650 XT are CURRENTLY planned for Q2
I briefly talk about it on Broken Silicon tomorrow, and I actually suggested most of this last week:https://t.co/GPPkxcov8t

Of this trio of solutions apparently on the way, the most interesting card in competitive terms could be the Radeon RX 6750 XT, in view of the arrival of Intel’s Arc range and the much-rumored GeForce RTX 3070 Ti with 16 GB of memory from NVIDIA.
AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT: Hashrate
It seems that after weeks of rumors and leaks everything is finally becoming clear with the refreshed AMD Radeon RX 6X50 XT graphics cards. As we know, the new chips will offer slightly higher clock speeds than the previous models, as well as faster GDDR6 memory. You can guess that this does not foreshadow a revolution in performance, but how does it look in practice? We are only finding out about it now. WCCFTech has reached the official performance results of all new AMD units. Although there are no surprises, because the differences from the predecessors are insignificant, it is a pity that the official prices suggest something completely different …
The AMD Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT and RX 6650 XT are $ 100, $ 70, and $ 20 more than their predecessors, respectively. We wouldn’t mind if only the specs and performance differences were more noticeable …

RX 6950 XT is faster than the GeForce RTX 3090
Many predicted that the new Radeon RX 6950 XT, RX 6750 XT, and RX 6650 XT models would replace the existing RX 6900 XT, RX 6700 XT, and RX 6600 XT chips at the same prices. Unfortunately, AMD values refreshed units highly. As we can see in the slide below, the Radeon RX 6950 XT is expected to cost $ 1099, the Radeon RX 6750 XT is $ 549, and the Radeon RX 6650 XT is $ 399. The new RDNA 2 cards are therefore $ 100, $ 70 and $ 20 more than their predecessors, respectively. We wouldn’t mind if only the specs and performance differences were more noticeable …
