MOSCOW, 12 Oct — PRIME. Russia’s coordination with OPEC+ partners will continue to ensure the predictability of the oil market, President Vladimir Putin said during the Russian Energy Week.
Putin announced the lack of investment in the oil market
According to him, this issue is key, since stability and a secure future for peoples can only be ensured through joint efforts and an open dialogue based on mutual respect.
“This is exactly the kind of dialogue we have with our partners under the OPEC+ agreement,” Putin stressed.
The head of the Russian Federation noted that the decision of the alliance to reduce oil production was aimed at ensuring a balance in the world market and was based on the dynamics of supply and demand.
