Germany confirms sabotage at Nord Stream

“All options are being considered,” he said, answering a question about Moscow’s possible steps in connection with the incidents.

Earlier, Vershinin stated the need for an international investigation with the participation of Germany.

A gas leak on the strings of the Russian gas pipelines Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 was discovered on September 26 in the Baltic Sea. According to Swedish seismologists, powerful underwater explosions were recorded in the emergency area the day before. Germany, Denmark and Sweden did not rule out that the incidents could have been the result of targeted sabotage.
