Clearly, if you want to try the Ray Tracing e the DLSS, the RTX 2060 is a must, I know instead you are not interested in these technologies, the RX 5700 is the GPU that we recommend: at a price similar, if not lower, to that of the RTX 2060, you take home a more performing video card and in our opinion generally better than the NVIDIA alternative.
Ray Tracing and DLSS are very interesting technologies, but for now their implementation leaves something to be desired. Even if you choose the RTX 2060 you will still make a great purchase, both are excellent solutions in the price range from € 300 to ( Versus) € 400.
