Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 Nitro with three 8-pin connectors can be found in the picture

At the end of the summer, AMD launched the Radeon RX Vega 64 and RX Vega 56, where, among other things, SweClockers recommended users to wait for AMD’s lower (promised) price and partner models with better coolers. These are still shining with their absence, but Asus, Gigabyte and XFX have shown their variants.

Now AMD-exclusive Sapphire closes with a really cool donation, which Chinese Hardware Battle has put its hands on. It is a Radeon RX Vega 64 Nitro with a really tailor-made circuit board equipped with no less than three 8-pin PCI Express connectors, which according to the ATX standard means a maximum theoretical power supply of 525 W.

This includes a solid cooler with a solid heat sink, which is cooled by three fans – one of 84 millimeters in the middle which is flanked by two 95 millimeter models. The latter two are also surrounded by lighting, but it is not clear if this is of the RGB type or if they only glow in the color blue.

The Sapphire Radeon RX Vega 64 Nitro takes up three expansion slots and at the rear are two full-size Displayport 1.3 and two HDMI 2.0. The model’s clock frequencies are not clear, but it is likely that, like the Asus Radeon RX Vega 64 ROG Strix, it is not much higher than AMD’s reference frequencies.

Like other models from other partner manufacturers, there is no information about when the Sapphire Radeon RX Vega64 Nitro will be available in stores and at what price.
