Specifications for Geforce GTX 1070M and Geforce GTX 1060M can be found online

Earlier this year, Nvidia launched its two new graphics cards Geforce GTX 1080 and Geforce GTX 1070. These were recently followed up with Geforce GTX 1060, a card in the cheaper segment. Despite previous conflicting reports, it looks like there will also be mobile variants of the cards, and the specifications for two of these have now been leaked.

The cards in question are Geforce GTX 1060M and Geforce GTX 1070M. In both cases, these are leaked screenshots from the GPU-Z software published on the Benchlife and PurePC websites.

For the Geforce GTX 1070M, it can be read, among other things, that the card has more CUDA cores than the Geforce GTX 1070 for desktops, but at the same time has a lower clock speed. Otherwise, the mobile circuit is similar to the full-featured version, with 8 GB of GDDR5 memory over a 256-bit memory bus.

The Geforce GTX 1060M is also similar in performance to its desktop counterpart. The big difference is the lower clock speeds, but otherwise this circuit uses the same 6 GB of GDDR5 memory over a 192-bit memory bus.

Whether these data are correct or not is currently unknown, as they have not been confirmed by Nvidia. However, the information can serve as a guide to what kind of performance is to be expected from the mobile circuits.
