Test – Seasonic Prime Titanium 750
| Specs | Price

Hi all!

Today is a big day, the first test of an 80Plus Titanium certified power supply, the Seasonic Prime Titanium 750! As a reminder, this latest certification announces the highest yield currently on the market, for more information I invite you to watch the video that I published recently on this subject, which you can find here.
Seasonic took a long time to release its Titanium model, indeed the constraints being much more numerous than the other certifications, it was necessary to give everything to bring out the perfect model. The Prime range is however available in several models, the 80Plus Gold, Platinum and Titanium, ranging from the cheapest to the most expensive and from the worst to the best performance of course!
The Prime titanium 750 in today’s test can be found around € 220, which makes it the most expensive model of this capacity on the market, but certainly the most successful as well, it is clear that it is not available. not for everyone!

Seasonic announces the color directly here, the cardboard is very “bling bling”, but remaining classy. Indeed this mixture of black and silver is clearly reminiscent of a high-end product. The 80Plus Titanium logo and the 10-year warranty also go in this direction.

At the rear we find a listing of the strengths of the beast, namely a very tight voltage regulation, a “FDB” bearing fan, a hybrid ventilation, 100% modular, an 80Plus titanium certification of course and I past.

On the side a table of technical characteristics, the number of connectors as well as the distribution of power, the union minimum!

So there it is clear that the inside of the box does not deceive, it is identical to what can be found on almost all of the brand’s products. A box containing the modular cables, 2 foams surrounding the power supply as well as a small bag containing the accessories and various instructions.

In addition to the power supply and the power cord, here is what we find in the bundle:

  • 1 x user manual
  • 1 x quick installation guide
  • 2 x stickers
  • 5 x Velcro cable ties
  • 8 x plastic cable ties
  • 4 x screws

As we can see Seasonic has done everything to provide the most complete bundle possible, while remaining useful, the cable ties will be a plus for cable management freaks. There is even a small quick installation guide, which says among other things that you have to remove the old power supply to install the new one 😀
