It appears that the group of hackers who had gained access to NVIDIA’s servers last week have now started sharing the files. From what we can see, one of the files specifically mentions ARCH_BLACKWELL, which would be confirmation of a much older rumor.
David Harold Blackwell (1919 – 2010) was an American statistician and mathematician.. Blackwell received twelve honorary doctorates from universities including Harvard and Yale.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that we know Blackwell, as the supposed name of an architecture. This name had already appeared in July 2021 when a well-known NVIDIA leaker, Kopite7Kimi, mentioned it in one of his tweets.

What’s not entirely clear at this point is whether Blackwell is a successor to Hopper or Lovelace, as both architectures appear this year. However, Kopite suggested that it could be Ampere Next Next, implying Hopper’s successor and data center-oriented product series.
From what we could see, Nvidia Blackwell will bring to life the GB100 and GB102 graphics chips, while Nvidia Hopper will have the chips GH100 y GH202. In the case of Ada Lovelace, the story is very different, since it will be full of graphics chips: AD102, AD103, AD104, AD106, AD107 and AD10B.
