The expert did not rule out British provocations at EU infrastructure facilities

SIMFEROPOL, 1 Oct – PRIME. British intelligence services are capable of carrying out provocations against the energy infrastructure of the European Union in order to accuse Russia of sabotage, Alexander Losev, a member of the Presidium of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, believes.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking on Friday in the Kremlin, said, speaking about the state of emergency at the Nord Streams, that the Anglo-Saxons are not enough sanctions, they have begun to destroy the pan-European energy infrastructure.

“He said the Anglo-Saxons, which means that it could be the British,” Losev explained to RIA Novosti, answering the question of which country’s special services could be involved in the attacks.

According to the expert, the next provocation of Britain will follow the emergency at Nord Stream.

“They blew up the Nord Stream, then they will hit some Norwegian gas pipeline, they will say that the Russians (did it). I expect provocations to continue in relation to the energy and other infrastructure of Europe,” he said.
