The head of the Ministry of Energy called for the restoration of energy supply chains

MOSCOW, Sep 2 — PRIME. The only way out of the global energy crisis is by restoring natural fuel supply chains, Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said.

G7 finance ministers agreed to impose a price limit on Russian oil
“The way out of this crisis is possible only through the elimination of its root causes. First of all, this is the restoration of natural chains of energy resources flow, building a balanced energy and climate policy,” he said at a meeting of energy ministers of the G20 member countries.
According to the minister, the West’s unilateral anti-Russian sanctions have caused interruptions in energy supplies and an increase in world prices for them. At the same time, Russia is doing everything necessary to fulfill its obligations for the supply of fuel, as well as diversifying exports, the head of the Ministry of Energy noted.
According to Shulginov, the key task for the country now remains to meet the needs of the domestic market and maintain stable relations with reliable partners.
