The Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan estimated the timing of the full restoration of CPC operation
ALMA-ATA, 28 Sep – PRIME. The Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) will return to full capacity by mid-October, Kazakh Energy Minister Bolat Akchulakov said.
“According to the CPC, the issues were resolved with the contractors on the vessel, which is to replace the buoyancy tanks … The replacement of the first tank is expected around the 10th and the 15th of October – both. In fact, all three remote mooring units (by this time – ed.) should be in work,” he told reporters on Wednesday in Alma-Ata.
