The new feature on Facebook will help you make new friends

If you like to meet people through Facebook, then Zuckerberg has something interesting for you. Tests have just started in the US, making the comment section a breeding ground for information.

The idea behind this project is quite simple. Facebook will automatically inform us about connecting us to strangers in the comments section below the post. This will be done by means of simple badges in which to contain information individual for each user that may be of interest to them to send an invitation to a stranger. Facebook even made an example. At this point, the badge probably informs a user who lives somewhere near the city of Pheonix, Arizona that Jonathan Wilde also lives in that city:

The website considers this reason enough for you to invite him to be friends. Of course, the place of residence is not the only information that can be displayed there. Probably, the function will also be extended to include pages, common groups or types of music or movies. Fortunately, this will be an optional feature, depending on the information you choose to share publicly in your privacy settings. At this point, this function is only being tested, so it will probably not come to Poland soon.
