“There is no outflow, on the contrary, there is an influx of personnel,” the correspondent of the PRIME agency quotes the expert.
Ivanov emphasized that a large flow of new employees takes time to include them in the company. At the same time, the state also helps to attract workers, including regulation.
“There is no such outflow as they were afraid in February that everyone would leave. There is a turnover and this is normal. There is an influx of young people,” Artem Sychev, Advisor to the CEO of Positive Technologies, agreed with Ivanov.
At the same time, according to him, there are problems with personnel training. “The state’s attention should be drawn to this,” the speaker noted.
