Experts have identified a new threat to the gas market in Europe
It is noted that “blue fuel” is one of the key components for the production of glass, since this process consists in creating high temperatures to melt sand, soda ash and limestone.
According to experts of the publication, if the amount of glass entering the market is reduced, then a significant part of the European economy will be under attack. In particular, the IT industry, the food industry, pharmaceuticals, engineering and other industries will face problems.
Audi AG’s head of strategy says the shutdown of Russian gas supplies to Germany “will cause a new parts shortage crisis.”
