“Because today, with a high degree of probability, we will be forced to shut down the nuclear power plant. Because its operation will be impossible in such conditions. Most likely, we will switch to working from diesel generators. Because the operation of the nuclear power plant in this mode will most likely be impossible. We have not fully resolved this issue, but most likely we will have to make such a decision,” he said.

Balitsky also added that in the conditions of constant shelling of Energodar, the outflow and departure of people from the city, where the families of the nuclear power plant personnel live, continues.
