Zotac launches Geforce RTX 2080 Ti with pre-installed water block

In August 2018, Nvidia unveiled the Geforce RTX 2000 series with the new architecture Turing. In addition to models from Nvidia itself, the launch also meant a number of different variants from partner manufacturers, with everything from overclocked to cheaper ones with simpler cooling solutions.

One of Nvidia’s partner manufacturers is Zotac, which is now launching a new variant of the Geforce RTX 2080 Ti called Arcticstorm. Like previous models in the Arcticstorm series, it differs in that it comes with a pre-installed water block, which can be connected to the user’s other water cooling.

In terms of specifications, this is an unchanged base clock frequency of 1,350 MHz. However, the turbo frequency is slightly higher and goes up from 1,545 to 1,575 MHz. The graphics card is also equipped with power supply in 16 + 4 phases, which will increase the possibility of overclocking. Otherwise, it is 11 GB GDDR6 memory, just as for the reference model.

There are three Displayports, one HDMI, one USB Type-C with Virtuallink and two 8-pin PCI Express connectors are used for power supply. Like many of the company’s other models, the Geforce RTX 2080 Ti Arcticstorm is also equipped with RGB lighting that can be adapted to your liking and taste.

No price tag for the model is revealed, but is expected to end up in the upper part of the scale.
