The Nvidia Geforce GTX 1650 with the TU117 graphics circuit will be launched in March

Since the beginning of the year, a number of leaks have appeared that indicate that Nvidia will soon launch a new model in the Geforce GTX 1000 series, with the name Geforce GTX 1660 Ti. It has more or less been confirmed by various images from manufacturers such as EVGA and Galax.

According to Videocardz, Nvidia is preparing another model called the Geforce GTX 1650. Just like the Geforce GTX 1660 Ti, it is said to be equipped with a new Turing-based graphics circuit, called the TU117. In terms of specifications, little is known about the model, but it is said to only get 4 GB of video memory and according to Tum Apisak on Twitter the base frequency ends up at 1,485 MHz.

The Geforce GTX 1650 is said to be an entry-level model and the price tag ends up at 179 USD, corresponding to 2,100 kronor. If true, it will be significantly cheaper than the Geforce GTX 1660 Ti, which is expected to be launched on February 22 with a price tag of USD 279, corresponding to around SEK 3,200 including VAT.

In addition, there is also talk of a scaled-down GTX 1660 sometime in March at the target price of USD 229, approximately SEK 2,600 including VAT. However, none of the models have been officially confirmed by Nvidia.
