But we won’t go into that here, because in our opinion it only makes sense for a few cards and also increases the risk of a hardware failure. Especially with Nvidia cards under Linux, overclocking is very easy and stable. 

However, this brings with it the problem that the system continues to run stably (and also digs), but one or more of the graphics cards can miscalculate, for example due to a too high memory clock. 

The “shares” calculated by the graphics card are then incorrect and will not be accepted.

Hive OS notices this and then shows you a value less than 100 percent for the efficiency of the system. 

You then have to scale back the overclocking of the graphics cards a bit until you have reached 100 percent efficiency again.

Unaccepted “Shares” bring you no profit and should therefore be avoided at all costs. Therefore, one must not simply look blindly at the hash rate achieved, because the profit is generated exclusively by the submitted and valid shares!
