We will practice overclocking for everyday use. We will leave the ventilation on automatic. If you have programmed a particular fan in the “settings: Fan” you can activate it.

Max Bench

For a “ one shot ” use and to do a real sports run with the highest possible frequencies. Set the ventilation to maximum, at 100% rotation. No need to go through the stability test. The objective being performance and not silence.

Benchmark

Whether for stable or bench, the principle remains the same. What will stop you will be, except extreme, the temperature. Continuously monitor this via the monitoring and try not to exceed 90°C. The ideal is to be as low as possible.

First of all let’s launch Kombustor to ensure the stability of the graphics card at the original frequency, you never know.

Select “Gpu Burn-in”, place the “Direct3D 11” API then launch the test by clicking on “Benchmark (Settings panel). At the end of the benchmark you will get a score which can be compared with the finished overclocking.
