Clock app not loading issue in Windows 11

Recently, many users have reported an issue where the Clock application does not appear in Windows 11. The Windows focus assist feature is part of the Clock application in Windows 11. Therefore, users have not been able to make use of it. of this function once this problem is seen with the clock app. Some users have managed to open the application but cannot make use of the alarms. Based on different suggestions from users, we have listed some solutions that can help you fix this problem on your Windows PC. Just make sure you’ve done a Windows update before trying the methods below.

Solution 1 – Repair the clock app

1. Press Windows + R to open the To run dialogue.

2. Type ms-settings: appsfeatures to open the Settings page for applications.

3. In the Application List, writes watch to find the application.

4. Select the three vertical points next to Alarms and Watch application and choose Advanced Options.

5. Locate the Restart section and click Repair.

6. After the repair process is complete, check if the error is corrected.

7. In case the problem is not resolved, click Restart under the Restart section.

8. Click Restart again in the confirmation message.

9. Check if the Clock application loads after the reboot completes.

Solution 2: run System File Checker (SFC) and DISM scan

1. Open To run using the Windows y R key combination.

2. Type cmd and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter to open Command prompt as administrator.

3. Enter the command below and run it.

sfc /scannow

4. Wait for the scan to look for errors and repair them.

5. If the problem persists, run the following command at the command prompt.

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

6. Once the DISM command completes restart your computer. Check if the problem is solved.

Solution 3: use PowerShell to reinstall the application

1. Press the Windows key and type potencia Shell in the search box.

2. The right button of the mouse upon Windows PowerShell and choose Execute as an administrator.

3. Type the command below and press Get into to remove the clock application from your PC.

Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsAlarms | Remove-AppxPackage

4. Perform a reinstall of the application using the command below.

Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsAlarms | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)AppXManifest.xml”}

Note: You can use the Windows store and install the Clock app if the above command doesn’t work for you.

5. Try opening the Clock app to see if the problem is fixed.
