EVGA launches Geforce GTX 680 Super Overclocked

EVGA is releasing two new graphics cards based on the reference model of the Geforce GTX 680. The newcomers are part of the Super Overclocked series, which means that the clock frequencies are startled already from the factory.

In EVGA’s version, the GK104 graphics processor runs at a nominal clock frequency of 1058 MHz, but can go up to 1113 MHz thanks to the automatic overclocking function GPU Boost. It can be compared to the standard models 1006 and 1058 MHz respectively. The manufacturer also takes care to increase the memory frequency from 6.0 GHz to 6.2 GHz.

The new graphics card is released in two variants, Super Overclocked and Super Overclocked +. The latter is equipped with a metal plate that protects the back of the circuit board, other specifications are identical. Prices start at around SEK 4,990 including VAT.
