The Mountain View giant probably wants to help us with spring cleaning. Of course, not at home, but in the Google Photos application and the photos stored in it.

It’s hard to deny that Google Photos is one of the most basic tools for viewing and simple editing of photos on smartphones. Google is aware of this and is constantly improving its application by adding new features to it. This time we will get improved filtering of collected photos. We will be able to sort them by type depending on the album.

It will also be easier to digitize physical photos, for example, with which we took photos of others with a camera. Google photos will no longer ignore them as before, which will make our life much easier, because you will no longer need to use another program to view them.

The improved screenshot editing will also help to clean up our gallery. After updating, while browsing them, a carousel of suggestions based on the content of the photo will be displayed. Thanks to this, it will be easier and faster to make appropriate changes, such as cropping or adding a caption or cutting out the text using the Google Lens.
