In this comparison it is difficult to decide which of the two processors is the best, because the choice depends a lot on subjective factors: if you are mainly interested in gaming, and you don’t want to spend too much on a processor, the i5 10600K is the ideal choice, I know instead you need a PC that performs well in other fields as well as well as gaming, and you can easily spend more, the i7 is the one for you. In general we can tell you that the performance / price ratio of the i5, especially considering the gaming, is certainly better than that of the i7, so we will be more oriented towards advising you to buy the i5 10600K, perhaps going to invest the money saved in a better GPU, but the choice is up to you.
