In Russia, gasoline AI-98 has risen in price by 0.1%

MOSCOW, 28 Sep — PRIME. The average retail price of diesel fuel in Russia increased over the week from September 19 to 25 by 0.2%, or 11 kopecks, to 54.93 rubles per liter, AI-98 gasoline rose in price by 0.1%, or 8 kopecks, to 60 94 rubles, according to the materials of Rosstat.

Also, according to the agency, the cost of the AI-92 and AI-95 brands did not change during the reporting period, remained at the level of 47.25 and 51.35 rubles, respectively.

Growth in gasoline prices was noted in 16 subjects of the Russian Federation. Most of all, it rose in price in the Orenburg region – by 0.4%. A decrease in gasoline prices was recorded in 5 constituent entities of Russia. Most of all, it fell in price in the Tyumen region (without autonomous regions) – by 0.3%. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, gasoline prices have not changed over the past period.

The production of gasoline in Russia from September 19 to 25 decreased by 5.1% compared to the previous week – to 771.1 thousand tons, while diesel fuel increased by 2%, to 1.614 million tons.

In August, consumer prices for gasoline rose by 0.3% compared to July and by 0.6% since the beginning of the year. At the same time, producer prices increased by 26.7% in the same month, but decreased by 8% compared to December 2021. Consumer prices for gasoline in August 2022 on average in Russia exceeded producer prices by 2.6 times.
