Intel Core i9-11900K, i7-11700K and i5-11600K specs confirmed by slide from MSI presentation

A couple of weeks ago, Intel representatives told the computer community some information regarding the new family of their desktop processors, codenamed Rocket Lake-S, and also revealed the 11th generation flagship in the face of the Core i9-11900K to the world, but its “younger brothers” remained in the shadow. It is worth noting that in the context of the maximum frequency value, the Core i5-11600K received a slight increase in comparison with its predecessor, but all three models “lost” somewhat in the base frequency. At the same time, the TDP level of the presented Intel processors of the Rocket Lake-S family has not changed and is equal to 125 W.

But the memory controller received a tangible “upgrade”: all three new items can boast of support for DDR4-3200 RAM “out of the box”, while the Core i9-10900K and Core i7-10700K only supported DDR4-2933, and the Core i5-10600K – DDR4-2666.

Thus, the MSI slide confirms the information available on the network regarding some of the technical characteristics of the new products, but it should be borne in mind that the final frequencies may change slightly
