Since then, we’ve fixed 21 UI issues in the August 19 driver release and also included Day0 support for Saints Row, Madden NFL 23, Horizon Zero Dawn Stray and crash fixes, improved Marvel’s Spider-Man performance, and fixed problems with SmoothSync. According to Pearce, some problems were related to the installer and how it downloaded “unique components after initial installation”. The choice of having a leaner initial installer proved unreliable, therefore by the end of the year the company will move to a full installeran all-in-one package that is certainly heavier but with all the necessary elements inside, so as to no longer have problems related to installation.
