Minecraft: treasure hunts with Bitcoin at stake

Notice to fans of the famous building game, a new server Minecraft organize treasure hunts with some Bitcoin to win. The participation remains however paying (1 dollar the part).

For a few days, the Minecraft server SatoshiQuest launch treasure hunts in which participants must find a Hidden bitcoin in order to win the loot, which is made up of the game's entry fees.

For each life used, players must indeed pay a dollar in Bitcoin. 90% of the players' tokens are then transferred to the Bitcoin wallet that the winner will win. The remaining 10% is collected by the server owner to finance the development of entertainment.

Released in 2009, Minecraft is a “sandbox” type game developed by the Swedish studio Mojang. Last May, we learned that more than 176 million copies had been sold across all platforms, making him the best-selling video game in history.

Last year, a bitcoiner launched Satoshi Treasure, a treasure hunt in reality alternated with a million dollar bitcoin loot.
