After a completed rollout of the Geforce RTX 3000 series graphics card, Nvidia has now begun to expand the range with heated Ti models. First out was the Geforce RTX 3080 Ti, which would fill the minimal performance gap between the Geforce RTX 3080 and the Geforce RTX 3090, something that we at the editorial office thought felt like a rather pointless maneuver on the part of the green team.
Next, it’s time to tackle the much larger gap between the Geforce RTX 3070 and the Geforce RTX 3080. The test lab will be visited by Nvidia’s Geforce RTX 3070 Ti, which is gifted with the full-featured version of the GA104 graphics circuit and faster GDDR6X-type memories. The question is whether the newcomer can offer a meaningful performance boost over the Geforce RTX 3070?
