It will be not just two but at least three incarnations of AMD’s lavish graphics processor Fiji. After the flagship Fury X and the scaled-down cousin Fury comes the at least Nano, which despite the lack of water cooling contains the full version of the circuit.

At Korean ITCM, a bunch of new pictures of the Radeon R9 Nano are now being published. As previously announced, this is a graphics card with traditional air cooling that only measures 15.5 centimeters, which is perfectly suited for, for example, compact computers in Mini ITX format.
The reference version does not contain any major surprises. The radiator, with a centered fan and heat pipe, covers the entire top of the circuit board and takes up an extra board space. On the back there is no extra heat spreader but only a cross-shaped support.
The new graphics card is powered via an additional 8-pin PCI Express connector, which allows a total power output of 225 W. For video, three Displayports and a single HDMI are provided, which indicates that it is possible to connect up to four monitors in Eyefinity.
The Radeon R9 Nano will be “soft-launched” on August 27. However, price and delivery date are still unknown.
