Ray tracing in Battlefield V – we follow up the editorial tests

After being passed over to glorified technology demonstrations, the editors finally had to wait for an actual game title with the support of ray tracing in real time last week. The menu included Battlefield V, where the game was implemented via an update ray tracing for reflections together with Nvidia’s RTX card – something that resulted in two articles on the performance impact of the technology.

With the results in hand, the editors’ Emil Åkered and Jonas Thörnqvist take a seat in the studio to summarize the results from the measurements and talk about the situation for ray tracing In the current situation.
