Russia does not rule out a shortage of winter diesel fuel
MOSCOW, 18 Sep — PRIME. In Russia, there may be a shortage of winter diesel, despite the stability of the fuel market, President of the Russian Fuel Union Evgeny Arkusha said in an interview with Sputnik radio.
Novak allowed an increase in fuel supplies to Turkey
He noted that he “causes some concerns about the situation with winter diesel, that is, with frost-resistant varieties of diesel fuel”, with which Russia has always had problems, and admitted that certain difficulties may also arise in the coming winter.
Previously, according to him, middle distillates or diesel fuel substitutes saved the situation, but now all of them, like winter diesel itself, are exported.
At the same time, Arkusha expressed confidence that supplies of diesel fuel from Belarus could prevent shortages, and this issue is already being discussed.
