Laptop mining is, to put it mildly, a strange idea. On the other hand, it all depends on the rate of cryptocurrencies, if it starts to grow actively again, then in conditions of a shortage of video cards, even the purchase of laptops for mining can be profitable.
The theory of building mining farms from boards from gaming laptops has also been confirmed. On the Chinese platform Baidu, users have already published a post by one enthusiast who built a small farm of laptops with GeForce RTX 3080. The results have not yet been reported, but it is clear that miners are actively exploring the possibility of using laptops for mining cryptocurrencies, and it all depends on whether digital assets to an uptrend.
