ASUS China has released images of the new GeForce RTX 3000 series graphics cards today.
Megalodon video cards are exclusive models for China. They feature a triple-fan cooler design that borrows the aesthetics from the ASUS STRIX series. However, the card looks much cheaper as the metal casing has been replaced with a plastic one. In fact, it looks like a hybrid of the TUF and STRIX lines, judging by the quality of the cooler.
ASUS Announces Megalodon Series to Launch on GeForce Models RTX 3070 and the RTX 3060 Ti, which are the only GA104 GPUs in the current NVIDIA Ampere lineup.
In terms of design, the card has standard connectors for image output (three DP and one HDMI), as well as one 8-pin power connector, which is confirmed by the only image on the rear panel that has been published so far. However, there is no exact information to which model this image belongs, it is possible that both the GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, and GeForce RTX 3070 have the same design and power subsystem.
