The Kremlin is waiting for the truth about the Zaporozhye NPP from the IAEA mission

“Now many are nervous waiting for the report of the IAEA mission. And the Ukrainians are nervous, and the Ukrainian side has already expressed its dissatisfaction with this mission, because it was given the opportunity to see everything with their own eyes, to do all the necessary checks,” Peskov said on RBC TV.

According to him, Russia expects from the IAEA “the truth and a statement of the real state of affairs.”

Last week, an IAEA mission led by Grossi arrived at the Zaporozhye NPP. The head of the delegation of “Rosatom” and employees of the Zaporizhzhya NPP led the delegation of the IAEA through its territory and showed the sections of the station that were damaged during the shelling of Ukrainian troops. As Mikhail Ulyanov, permanent representative of the Russian Federation to international organizations in Vienna, told RIA Novosti, two IAEA employees will remain at the Zaporozhye NPP on a permanent basis.
