MOSCOW, 11 Oct — PRIME. The work of services for issuing passports and registrations at the State Services has been restored after technical work, RIA Novosti was told in the press service of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation.
Users reported failures in the services of “Gosuslug” for issuing passports
A number of users on Tuesday evening reported failures in the operation of the Gosuslugi portal – they could not switch to services for issuing foreign passports, Russian passports, as well as registering on the Gosuslugi portal.
“The services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at the State Services were partially unavailable due to technical work in the system on the side of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Now all services are operating as normal,” the ministry’s press service said.
