MOSCOW, September 5 – PRIME. Kazakhstan’s quota for oil production under the OPEC+ agreement in October will be 1.706 million barrels per day, the press service of the republic’s energy ministry said.
The ministerial meeting of the countries participating in the OPEC + agreement was held in the format of a videoconference earlier on Monday. Following the meeting, it was decided that in October the level of production will be at the level of August, taking into account that the increase of 0.1 million barrels per day was only for September.
“Kazakhstan’s obligations for October will amount to 1.706 million barrels per day,” the ministry said.
In September, Kazakhstan’s quota was 1.710 million barrels of oil per day.
