This is reported in the notification when entering the Tinkoff Mobile application, which also specifies that the problems will be fixed before the end of the day.
“Some customers are experiencing difficulties with registration in the network, associated with technical problems with partners,” the bank said.
They noted that they are now working to “correct the situation as soon as possible.”
