MOSCOW, 21 Sep — PRIME. U.S. commercial oil inventories (excluding the strategic reserve) rose 1.1 million barrels, or 0.3%, to 430.8 million barrels in the week ended Sept. 16, the Energy Information Administration’s weekly review said.
Analysts polled by the DailyFX portal expected a 2.16 million barrel increase in inventories.
