Users reported failures in the services of “Gosuslug” for issuing passports
MOSCOW, 11 Oct — PRIME. A number of users on Tuesday evening reported failures in the operation of the Gosuslugi portal – they cannot switch to services for issuing foreign passports, Russian passports, as well as registering on the Gosuslugi portal.
Mintsifra denied reports of data leakage from the portal “Gosuslug”
“The service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is not responding. Please try to apply later,” the notice on the State Services portal says.
The failure detector from Brand Analytics also detects failures in the operation of the Gosuslugi portal.
“Users are reporting problems with the service,” says a post on the Downdetector website.
About 75% of users note that the “Gosuslugi” does not work, 10% complain about problems with entering the portal, another 10% about failures in the mobile application.
