ZNPP employees supported the transition of the plant under the control of Rosatom

MOSCOW, 7 Oct – PRIME. Employees of the Zaporozhye NPP, their families and residents of Energodar supported the statement about the transfer of the facility under the jurisdiction of Rosatom, said Alexander Volga, head of the administration of Energodar.

“In view of the latest news regarding the transfer of ZNPP under the authority of Rosatom. Naturally, the political situation, primarily on the part of the plant employees, as well as members of their families living in the city, has begun to change dramatically in a positive direction: everyone is well aware that their future is connected with the Russian Federation,” he told RIA Novosti, noting the high spirits of the city’s residents.

“There is only one reason… We are in the Russian Federation,” Volga stressed.

Vladimir Putin instructed to transfer the Zaporozhye NPP under the control of Russia. The decree that the object becomes Russian property was signed on October 5.
