1. Abra Outlook.

2. Select the Send/Receive tab.

3. Click work offline to enable the option which in turn stops sending emails.

4. And a tu Outbox in the navigation pane.

• move the stuck email al Erasers file. The right button of the mouse in the mail and choose the option Move -> Other folder…

At move items window, select the Erasers folder and click OK to move the mail.
