Step 1: Right-click the icon of the application you want to open as administrator always as shown below.

NOTE: We have chosen the Opera browser as an example of explanation. You can do the same with any application you want.

Step 2: Then select Properties (edit) from the context menu to open the Properties window.

Step 3: In the Properties window, go to Compatibility tab.

Step 4: In the Settings section, check the Run this program as administrator cash register.

Step 5: Then click Request Y OK as shown in the following screenshot to make changes.

Now from now on, this app will open as administrator every time you try to open it just by double clicking on it on your Windows 11 system.
