Putin noted the contribution of miners to strengthening the industrial power of the country

Russian President Vladimir Putin congratulated workers and veterans of the coal industry on the Day of the Miner and noted that the current generation of workers is making a significant contribution to strengthening the industrial power and energy security of the country, the corresponding telegram was published on the Kremlin website.

“This year marks the 75th anniversary of your wonderful professional holiday, which is widely celebrated not only in the coal-mining regions, but throughout Russia. It is gratifying that the current generation of workers in the coal mining industry is working with full dedication, making a significant contribution to strengthening industrial power and energy security countries, in solving the most important problems of the social sphere,” the text of the telegram says.

The President noted that the workers are rightfully proud of the names and outstanding achievements of their predecessors, famous mining dynasties and, of course, the traditions of valiant, selfless work and comradely mutual assistance that have developed in the industry. He also wished them success, good health and prosperity.
