BRUSSELS, 3 Oct – PRIME. The European Commission (EC) does not plan to put forward new proposals for additional measures in the energy sector in the coming days, said EC representative Dana Spinan at a briefing.

“We don’t have a formal item on energy on the agenda of the European Commissioners’ Board for tomorrow. There are a number of high-level meetings this week. There will be a summit on Friday, where energy is on the list of topics for discussion. We will listen leaders, we will continue our contacts with governments… After that, we plan to submit new proposals,” she said of the new energy measures.
